I am passionate about working with young people and offer session for children from the age of 4.
My previous career as a primary school teacher and SEND teacher means that child is in very safe hands.
No matter the reason behind their visit – be it anxiety, boosting self-confidence, overcoming low mood, conquering fears, or anything else – rest assured, each session is custom-tailored with their needs in mind.
I love connecting with children at their level, using playful tools like puppets, props, and drawings to spark their imagination and make every step of the process as friendly and enjoyable as possible.

In-Person and Online Sessions
I offer my services to clients worldwide. My 1:1 therapy sessions are conducted in-person in Greater Manchester and online via Zoom, where my clients experience the convenience and comfort of therapy from the comfort of their own space.

My Integrative Therapy approach combines a variety of techniques and tools tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hynpotherapy (an evidence-based approach), TFT, a psych-sensory therapy (tapping) and I am a Hypno4Children Practitioner. I take a holistic view of your or your child’s well-being, I am mindful of social, emotional, physical, and mental health needs to create the perfect treatment plan. My aim is to provide you with the skills you need to be able to help yourself.
